Ambassador Terms

Pop the Gift ambassadors may receive promotional send credits, referral links and follower discount codes. Promotional credits are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively.

Eligible referred purchases earn a 30% commission after the applicable refund and chargeback window. Self-referrals, refunded transactions, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions and other ineligible purchases do not earn commission.

Pop the Gift may withhold or revoke promotional credits, discounts or commissions when it reasonably identifies abuse, duplicate introductory accounts, manipulation or a violation of these terms or the site terms.

Commission is recorded as pending. No payout is automatic until Pop the Gift configures and communicates a payout method, minimum and schedule. Ambassadors are responsible for any tax obligations associated with amounts paid to them.

Ambassadors may not make false claims about Pop the Gift, misrepresent the offer, send spam, use deceptive advertising, bid on Pop the Gift brand terms, or present themselves as employees or agents of Pop the Gift.
