Do not upload or share

• Illegal content or content that promotes violence, exploitation or criminal activity.
• Threats, harassment, bullying, hate, humiliation or targeted abuse.
• Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material or exploitative sexual content.
• Photos, recordings, documents or copyrighted material you do not have permission to use.
• Passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, medical records or another person’s sensitive private information.
• Malware, phishing links, fraudulent offers, impersonation or attempts to interfere with the service.

Enforcement

We may restrict access, remove content, disable a gift link, preserve evidence or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce our terms or comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in loss of access without refund where permitted by law.

Report a problem

Email hello@popthegift.com with “Pop the Gift safety report,” the gift link and a short description. Do not forward or attach unlawful material unless we specifically ask for information needed to investigate.
